Understanding our refund process and eligibility requirements.

1. Overview

WhatsAppLink Cloud is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for subscription payments.

By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Billing

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.

Subscription fees are charged automatically to your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

- Service Failure: If our Service experiences a significant outage or technical failure that prevents you from using core features for an extended period, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error or duplicate payment.

- Trial Period: New customers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first subscription payment if they are not satisfied with the Service.

Refunds are not available for:

- Change of mind after the trial period has ended

- Failure to cancel subscription before renewal

- Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension

- Usage fees incurred through API calls or message volume overages

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@whatsapplink.cloud with the following information:

- Your account email address

- Subscription plan and billing period

- Reason for refund request

- Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots of errors, billing statements)

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion, such as:

- When service disruptions affected only a portion of your billing cycle

- When you cancel mid-cycle and request a prorated refund for unused time (not guaranteed)

Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription period.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that date.

No refunds are provided for early cancellation unless eligible under Section 3.

After cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.

7. Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (chargeback), please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of access to the Service.

We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.

8. Third-Party Fees

WhatsAppLink Cloud is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider, bank, or other third parties (e.g., currency conversion fees, international transaction fees).

Such fees are non-refundable and must be addressed directly with the respective third party.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements.

When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify active subscribers via email or account notification.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, new individual (non-business) customers may withdraw from their initial subscription within 14 days of purchase by contacting our support team.

However, this right does not apply once the digital service has been accessed or used.
